Infradoc - Cologne do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Shipping And Handling
We use degisnated Carrier services that deliver the good to your door.
Domestic (Germany) and European Union
Anything under the price of 600 EUR, there will be a one off Deutsche Post or Hermes PaketShop delivery charge on top of good (depends on the categories). If the purchase is higher than 600 EUR then the deliverycharge will be free.
Other countries
Infradoc - Cologne will contact you personally after the sales.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
